Step Aerobics has been around a long time! The reason why - it burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time and it's fun and challenging. What we've done is incorporate sections of weight training and plyometrics within cardio step aerobics to give you a more well-rounded and effective workout. Come break a big sweat with this class! (not recommended for extreme beginners).
