“This is me after finishing my first half marathon on 10/27/19. I would also like to say that this wouldn’t have been possible without two great instructors Nancy Bonilla & Shana Manna from New Life Fitness. They helped me build the stamina I needed for this run, and they encouraged me to believe that I could do it. Nancy’s Zumba & Zumba Toning classes are a must try. Nancy sure melts herself down on the dance floor to bring out the light in her students. Shana on the other hand will crack you up with her amazing sense of humor while dancing. Her Dance Fusion and Cardio Strength Interval classes are a blast. At the end of each class, I feel satisfied, stress free & satisfyingly sweaty.
